Youth Fitness Training

The Advanced Youth Fitness module provides personal trainers with the frameworks to address the unique developmental, nutritional, and training needs of youth clients. Adolescents respond to training differently than adults β€” growth plates remain open until the late teens, meaning improper loading can cause lasting orthopedic damage. Coaching young clients also requires understanding the motivation, goal orientation, and accountability structures that work for the 10–18 age group.

As a licensed and accredited institution, we take pride in preparing future personal trainers. We help them understand the value of structured, evidence-based fitness programs tailored to young people. Our programs blend science-based education with hands-on training to prepare students for successful careers in fitness.

About Our Youth Fitness Training Program

Career opportunities include private athletics academies, YMCA youth programming, school and after-school fitness programs, youth sports organizations, summer fitness camps, and corporate family fitness programs. ACCSC graduation rate (Oct 2024–Sept 2025): 93% at Orlando campus. ACCSC placement rate: 73% employed in field of study. Federal financial aid available (FAFSA code: 042505).
